Very suddenly and unexpectedly on 18 May 2024, aged 57. Dearly beloved husband of Jenny Carter-Meade. Legendary Dad of Tennessee, Brent, and Lily; and father-in-law to Marielena. Loved son of Sally Meade, and son-in-law of George Carter, loved brother of Rebecca.

In lieu of flowers, living plants would be appreciated.

A celebration of Simon’s life will be held at Central Baptist, 285 Wicksteed Street, Whanganui on Tuesday, 28 May 2024 at 1pm.
