Rest easy, Kenny. Your legend will live on in the stories we tell and in the lives of your children and grandchildren. May your days be filled with acres of mānuka, the scent of fresh-cut timber, more than enough chain bar oil, and the music of the forest — with a tui on tap waiting for you at day’s end. Wherever your journey leads, know you are forever in our hearts.

Agree with Darin, Uncle Kenny was a legend. Fond memories of him leading all the other Uncles and Aunties astray with a big bot in his hand and a bush shirt on his back. Always helping people out, and made us our most enjoyed contraptions when we were kids, awesome slide and go kart we all had fun on! Great yarns and great fun. Will be missed.
