Passed away peacefully after a short illness on April 2nd, aged 78.

Dearly loved husband of Patricia, caring father to Christophe, and François; and wonderful Grandpere to Giselle, Luc, Mathieu, Stéphane, Xavier, and Élise. Son of Giselle and brother to Corinne, Francine, and Annie.  

A service to farewell Claude will be held in the Cleveland Chapel, 179 Ingestre Street Whanganui on Tuesday 8th April, at 10am and will be live streamed on www.clevelandfunerals.co.nz

I am so sorry for the lost of Claude. He was a lovely man who I really enjoyed working alongside with at many catering functions.
He will be safely missed, and my condolences go to you all.

Claude, my former chef tutor 2001-2002. He was a fine gentleman who taught me lot both in and out of the kitchen which awarded me Two golds at the Toque d'Or competitions in Auckland, something that I will never forget.
