It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Don, who slipped away peacefully, surrounded by his family.The dearly loved husband, companion and friend of Parekohatu (Polly). Much loved father of Donna and Wayne Dixon, Tony (Willy) and Virginia, Shane and (the late) Denyse, (the late) Leeanne, Tracey, Juanita and Carl Waitokia, Denise and Richard Bell, Rhys and Aroha Ngatuere, Kirk and David Ngatuere, (the late) Gayle and Kaysha-Anne. Loved and treasured Granddad and Great Granddad of his many mokopuna.

Rest In Love Grandad 

A service to celebrate Don's life will be held in the Cleveland Chapel, 179 Ingestre Street, Whanganui, Monday, the 17th of November 2025 at 11am, and will be live-streamed at www.clevelandfunerals.co.nz
